Service Level Agreement
Commercial SLA not yet in effect. StrataGateway will publish final service terms before paid infrastructure availability, if and when an SLA applies.
Status: Pre-launch information
Current status
Frankfurt is the first planned infrastructure launch region, and VPS Hosting is the first planned commercial infrastructure product. The first dedicated infrastructure node has not entered service.
The web platform and control plane are online, but no commercial infrastructure availability commitment is currently active.
Future service terms
If an SLA is offered for a future service, its scope, exclusions, maintenance treatment, support commitments, and any remedies will be published before that service becomes commercially available.
No current guarantee
This page does not provide a numerical uptime guarantee, service credit, response-time promise, severity framework, or maintenance window. Those terms are intentionally not active during the infrastructure rollout.
